Carmel heard the philosophy of Chiropractic – that the body has an innate intelligence and everything that it needs to be well, as long as there is no interference – as a 13 year old, and immediately knew that that was the path for her. When her father became ill with cancer and died before her l6th birthday, her passion and interest in health care and how to live a fully self-expressed, vital, well life was galvanized.
She completed her 5 year Chiropractic Degree in 1989 at RMIT, achieving an Academic Excellence Award..
She has worked extensively in practices which focus on Wellness Care for families over the twenty eight years. She has been practising in Mornington for 23 years and has established a respectable reputation in the local community.
She is dedicated to a vision of people living innately, in harmony within themselves, with those they love and the natural world around us.
Carmel is a member of:
– The Chiropractors Association of Australia
– Sacro-occipital Technique Organisation (Australia) where she is a recognized craniopath
– The Australasian College of Chiropractors
– Founding member of the College of Chiropractic Pediatrics
And has completed post-graduate studies through the New Zealand College of Chiropractic to become a diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Paediatrics.
Sarah is passionate about healthy living and the importance of chiropractic care for people of all ages to achieve optimal health. Sarah also has a particular interest in the area of paediatric and pregnancy care knowing the important role that this plays in nurturing the young for the best start in life.
Sarah is a graduate of RMIT and Deakin with Degrees in Chiropractic and Exercise Science. In her final year of study of Masters of Clinical Chiropractic, Sarah received the RMIT University award of Excellence in Diagnostic Sciences.
Having grown up in country NSW, Sarah and her husband Dave have ventured out of the City to Merricks to raise their two daughters Hannah and Ella. The Mornington Peninsula offers such a spectacular lifestyle of outdoor living which her little family adores. Sarah enjoys horse riding with her daughters, a spot of gardening and making a few turns on the snow fields. Chiropractic care for Sarah and her family is an integral part of their lives.
